As an associated company to PR Pomeroy Restoration & Construction (BC) Inc., DM has access to the resources of experience and knowledge in the area of building envelope construction and maintenance.


Management Team:

Dean Pomeroy
President

Dean Pomeroy has worked in the construction industry since 1980. He graduated from the Building Technology program at BCIT in 1985. His experience includes Past President and co-founder of PCM Pomeroy Construction & Management Ltd. Dean is currently the President of PR Pomeroy Restoration & Construction (B.C.) Inc. As a licenced HPO Building Envelope Renovator, Dean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to DM Dependable Maintenance.

Adam Fett
Project Manager

Adam has been working directly in building envelope construction and maintenance since 2005. He is a Red Seal Ticketed Carpenter and is applying his knowledge gained working in the field for over 12 years to his role as Project Manager.

Sustainability/Environmental Policies:

We take our responsibility to protect the environment in which we work and live very seriously. DM is committed to doing their part in protecting the environment. We are continually looking for new ways to incorporate environmentally responsible practices and sustainable principles into our administrative and field operations. We recycle all recyclable construction debris and office products where possible. We have downsized from full size company vehicles to small size vehicles to aid in controlling vehicle emissions. Dean Pomeroy, President, holds a Certificate of Achievement for completing the "Built Green" Builder Training program.


Safety:

Safety is number one and all employees and sub trades must adhere to the site policies regarding safe work practices at all times. Our primary concern is to provide a safe work environment for all. Safety is a moral obligation. Our goal is to attain a zero incident frequency.
